Kate was a dear friend, fellow singer in the group, "Musica Plenti," and colleague in the Schubert Club of Fairfield County. Kind and empathic, loyal and enthusiastic, she was a pleasure to sing with and to work with on committees in the Schubert Club. I have memories of meetings at the Humphrey home, parties and gatherings after our singing engagements, and times talking together. Thank you, Kate, for being in this world!
